Windows-based and user-friendly program, connects the financial
consultant’s ILX quote system to important client information,
allowing multiple screens to be open at the same time on your
financial consultants desktop. Paired with BetaLink, your financial
consultants will be able to view quotes without having to log-on to
back office—this means access to market and client information with
one click of the mouse.
BetaLink features are ongoing.
For example, you’ll have a preformatted order-entry screen; online
access to executed and open orders; real-time inventory that allows
you to buy right on the screen from our institutional trading, NASDAQ,
and fixed-income desks; customer account information online for 13
months; account performance return available for all accounts;
interfaces to many third-party software providers; and more. With
BetaLink, you can also compare the performance of two issues
simultaneously by displaying the charts together. You can track trends
in stocks, indices and options, with over 75 pages of statistical
indicators. You can even search and sort a database of the firm’s
bond holdings and order. And all of these capabilities are right there
on your desktop. You’ll also have the comfort of our comprehensive
disaster-recovery systems.
BETALink
brings complete open and closed holding records from the BETAHost back
office, including unrealized/realized profit and loss, holding period,
cost amount, value and more. With its mark-to-market capability, you
can instantly view up-to-date profit and loss information for your
customer’s holdings. And you can choose to view tax lots or netted
positions.
BETALink
gives you control over how data is displayed and sorted. It also
allows you to generate many useful reports from this data.
You
can view current inventory offerings on-line and quickly find just
what you’re looking for. BETALink provides the capability to search
by product type, state, coupon rate, yield, maturity year, bond

SpyView
is our optical storage system. The system is designed to keep physical
paper to an absolute
minimum by allowing you to access and print all documentation from
your desk top. This includes new account applications, margin &
option agreements, customer confirms & statements as well as all
other documentation pertaining to your client accounts. By utilizing
the SpyView system it allows you to efficiently retrieve documentation
without having to pour through paper files.
EXAMPLE
: A client calls with a question regarding his statement, you or your
brokers can easily and quickly call up the statement on the system
without having to access a paper copy and review it with the client.

: A client has misplaced a confirmation on a particular transaction.
You can easily pull up the image of the confirm and print it at the
desk-top level for forwarding to your client.

: A supervisor questions the suitability of a certain transaction. You
can access the image of that customers new account application to

is a service made available to our correspondent broker dealers to
assist them in compliance with record retention requirements.
